1. Return Window: Customers have up to 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

2. Defective Items: If an item is received defective due to manufacturing, delivery, or storage issues, the customer must provide photographic or video evidence of the defect. Our team will review the provided evidence, and if we confirm the defect, the item will be eligible for a return and full refund, if the customer does not ask for a replacement, Kanaan Toys will cover the return shipping fees.

3. Misuse of Product: If the product is found to be defective due to misuse by the customer, the return will not be accepted, and the product will remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Change of Mind: For customers who no longer want an item that has been unpacked, returns are accepted, provided the customer covers the return shipping fees. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

5. How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, contact our customer service team via WhatsApp with your order number, photographic or video evidence of the defect if applicable, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps based on the nature of your return.

6. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
